NSC | How can I show the Entity type in a Transaction Saved Search?
Some businesses requires the Entity Type to be shown in their Transaction Saved Searches. In this article, we will be showing the steps on how to do so. Please see the steps below:
1. Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Transaction Body Fields > New
2. On the Transaction Body Fields page set the fields below:
- Label: <Set your label here>
- Store value: No
Applies To subtab:
- <Set the Transactions you wanted it to be applied on>
3. Sourcing & Filtering subtab:
- Source List: Entity
- Source From: Type
4. On your Saved Search, add the custom field we created on the Result of your search:
