Default Access Type Permission of a Custom Record and Changes to R05 Contract Renewals Script
This notice applies to customers who are using Software Vertical Contract Renewals SuiteApp version 2023.2.1. An efix will be deployed to your production account on June 11, 2024, to implement the following
What is Changing
To enhance system security, the efix will include setting the value of the Access Type field of the Renew Now: Batch Process custom record to Use Permission List. This will be set by default and cannot be changed.
In addition, the following user roles will be granted default access permission to the Renew Now: Batch Process custom record:
- Admin - Customizable [SWE]
- Admin - Full Access [SWE]
- Administrator
