Updates to Permissions for Philippines Invoicing

This notice is intended for customers who use the NetSuite Southeast Asia Localization SuiteApp (Bundle ID 298382). The Southeast Asia Localization SuiteApp version 6.01.0 is targeted for release on June 11, 2024.

What is Changing?

The Southeast Asia Localization SuiteApp version 6.01.0 includes Philippines invoicing templates enhancements that requires additional permissions added to your existing roles to perform the following actions:

  • Map Philippines document types to transaction forms.
  • Print Philippines invoicing transactions.
  • Update Philippines document printing preferences.

To map document types, update Philippines document printing preferences, and print transactions, you need to complete the Required Action.

Required Action

Before the SuiteApp update on June 11, 2024, as an administrator, you must edit your custom roles and add permissions to perform the following Philippines invoicing features.
