Permissions Update to Mexico Custom Records
This notice applies to customers who use the Mexico Bill of Lading (Complemento Carta Porte) SuiteApp.
What is Changing?
On June 7, 2024, Oracle NetSuite will change the default permissions of the following custom records:
- Operators (customrecord_mcp_if_operators_subl)
- Federal Road Transport (customrecord_mcp _if_fed_road_trans_subl)
- Routes (customrecord_mcp _routes_subl)
The Administrator, Accountant and CFO roles will be granted full permissions to access all these custom records.
Required Actions
Before June 7, 2024, grant the following permissions to any additional roles that need to generate or import files for Mexico.
Refer to the table for the list of permissions you need to add on your roles.
