NSC | How to find out which PDF template your Customer Statement form is using?
When printing Customer Statements, the PDF template is not being shown. Instead, it let's you choose which Transaction Form you want to use. In this article, we'll guide you on how to find out or select which PDF template your Transaction Form is going to use.
Find out which Transaction Form you are using:
Navigate to Transactions > Customers > Generate Statements or Individual Statement
You can find/select the Transaction Form on the Form field:
