NSC| Exchange Rate and Foreign Amount is not mappable in .CSV import of Expense Report (Custom Form)

SCENARIO

User is tasked with importing expense reports via .CSV into their NetSuite instance. During the import process, they encounter an issue where the fields for Exchange Rate and Foreign Amount are not mappable. To record the hotel expense incurred during a business travel of an employee, they must record it in Foreign currency. So they are utilizing Use Mutli-currency and is using a custom form:

SOLUTION

One of the reasons why the Exchange Rate and the Foreign Amount is not appearing in the .csv import is because they are hidden in the custom form.

Determine the Custom Form used:
