NSC | How to Create a Dataset for Elimination Accounts with Associated Currencies?
SCENARIO:
User is tasked with creating a dataset for elimination accounts that includes the currencies associated with them in their NetSuite instance. When a currency is added to an account record, certain restrictions are placed on its use, and it may not be available for elimination journals or subsidiaries. By creating this dataset, the user can easily identify which elimination accounts have associated currencies and understand the limitations imposed on their use.
SOLUTION:
1.) Click Analytics
2.) Go to Datasets > New Dataset
3.) Select Account
4.) In the Records list, select Account
5.) Add the following filters:
Eliminate Intercompany Transactions = True
Currency: Select all Currencies
