Transfer Order Quantity Field Defaulting Changing from 0 to 1
This notice applies to customers who use the Transfer Order feature.
What is Changing?
As of NetSuite 2024.2, for CSV or REST Transfer Order creation you must enter quantity higher than 0 in the transfer order Quantity field. If you leave this field empty or enter 0, CSV or REST creation will fail.
Prior to this change, when you entered 0 or left the quantity field empty, the system automatically changed the quantity to 1 and creation of such transfer order was successful.
Recommended Actions
As of NetSuite 2024.2, you must enter a quantity that is more than 0 in a transfer order Quantity field. If you leave this field empty or enter 0, CSV or REST creation will fail.
