NSC | How to hide Dunning fields from the Invoice form?
In NetSuite, once you've installed the Dunning Letters bundle, custom fields will be created. Some companies want to have these fields removed. However, setting them to not be shown on the Custom Form doesn't work. In this article, we'll be showing you on how to remove these by utilizing a Workflow.
Scenario:
You have these dunning fields and you wanted to hide it:
Create the Workflow:
Navigate to Customization > Workflow > Workflows > New
On the Workflow setup page, set the fields below:
- Name: <Name for your Workflow>
- Record Type: Transaction
- Sub Types: Invoice
- Execute as Admin: Yes
- Release Status: Released
- Keep Instance and History:
