NSC | How to assign an Advanced PDF/HTML Template to a Packing Slip Form for Sales Orders.

Despite customizing an Advanced PDF/HTML Template for your Packing Slip, you find that the printout continues to utilize the Basic PDF Template. Let's explore how to resolve this problem easily.

1. First, we navigated to Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms

2. Select the Packing Slip Form you are currently using and click on Edit

3. Select Printing Type = Advanced

4. On the Print Template, select the Advance PDF form you created.

5. Click on Save.

Now we will link the Packing Slip form to the Sales Order form.
