One particular issue that arises is the inability to find a bundle that was previously created and tested in the sandbox environment once the transition to production is initiated. Fortunately, there's a straightforward solution to this problem that doesn't involve complex troubleshooting or deep technical knowledge. In this article, we'll walk you through the steps to successfully locate and implement your sandbox-created bundle in the production environment.
- Begin by logging into your Production Account.
- Navigate to Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles.
3. Utilize the Advanced Search feature and fill in the following fields:
- Location (Blue): Sandbox Account
- Account ID (Green): Sandbox Account Number
- Click on Search to proceed.
You will now be able to view all the Bundles created in your Sandbox Account below (sample used has currently no created bundles).
By following these simple steps, you can seamlessly locate and access bundles created in your sandbox environment within your production account, ensuring smooth continuity in your operations across both environments.
