NSC | Is it possible to customize the Inventory Status Change Form?
Some companies requires their Inventory Status Change forms to be customized (hide/add custom fields etc.). Unfortunately, this is a system limitation of NetSuite.
This is logged and being tracked under Enhancement: 591906 Transactions > Inventory > Inventory Status Change > Ability to Customize Inventory Status Change form
You can vote for this enhancement on the SuiteIdeas page.
At this time, there the only workaround for this is to hide the fields using a Workflow or Script.
I would also like to note that the Custom Fields appearing in the Inventory Status Change are custom transaction body fields that are applied to Purchases.
We appreciate your understanding on this current system limitation.
