NSC | How to add a dollar ($) sign to a Custom Field that is being sourced?
In NetSuite, some companies requires their custom currency fields to have a dollar ($) sign. In this article, we will guide you on how to achieve this by using a formula.
Scenario:
On your Customer record, you're sourcing the Deposit Balance and you wanted to have the Dollar (&) sign to be included. However, it's just showing the number itself as seen below:
Change the Formula on your Custom Field:
Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Entity Fields
On the Custom Entity Fields page, click on your Custom Field (In this case, it's NSC Test Dollar sign)
