NSC | Resolve Error: UNEXPECTED_ERROR When Running Test Connect on ODBC Driver
UNEXPECTED_ERROR messages are quite common as they can be triggered by a variety of factors. However, when it comes to SuiteAnalytics Connect, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is a possible culprit.
Two-Factor Authentication is an important security feature that adds an extra layer of protection to your NetSuite account. With 2FA enabled, logging in requires not just a username and password, but also a secondary verification, typically a unique code sent to your mobile device or generated by an authentication app. This ensures that even if someone manages to obtain your login credentials, they can't access your NetSuite account without this additional step.
