NSC | Why is my Custom Record list not showing up in the Global Search?
You might encounter an issue wherein when you're trying to search for a specific record in the Global Search and no results are being returned even though the record is existing. In this article, we'll guide you on how to fix this concern.
Scenario:
You have a Custom Record called Actors. In the Actors record, you have Tom Holland as an example. When trying to search for Tom Holland in the Global Search, there are no results even though you can see the record within the Actors List as seen below:
Solution:
On the Custom Record Type page, make sure the field below is enabled:
