Required Actions for New Payment Automation Features

This notice applies to customers who have the Payment Automation SuiteApp installed in your NetSuite Account.

What is Changing?

On June 19, 2024, version 4 of the Payment Automation SuiteApp will be available. The new version includes these enhancements:

  • The recording of HSBC monthly fees and charges has been automated. This automation will save more time, allowing you to focus on other important tasks.
  • Billing Information record under SuiteBanking > Setup has been renamed to Account Information.
  • Enhancements have been made to the Vendors dashboard. The following columns have been re-arranged and renamed:
    • Approved Vendors (formerly known as SuiteBanking Vendors)
    • Vendors Pending Approval
    • Eligible Vendors
