Financial Report - Cash Equivalents is overdrawn, auto appear as a liability

I have no doubt this is an enhancement - the idea of a conditional formula within the row format.

If positive - it is an asset; If negative, aka overdrawn, it is a liability.

Can someone help me to find the enhancement!
