Delete Option For Zone Fast Four Credit Card Statement

Hi Guys,

Could you please guide me on this issue? I'm new to Zone SuiteApps, and we are currently using the Zone - Fast Four Credit Card Suite App. We would like to provide "Delete" permission for credit card statements, similar to what is shown in the screenshot above(which I found online). Despite granting full permissions, we still cannot see the "DELETE" button. What steps am I missing to provide this access? Below is a screenshot of the current permissions in our system. Could you kindly help me out?
