Exclude quote/estimate amount in Transaction Opportunity saved search

Hello there, i've begun to build a saved search to measure Sales metrics within the year, (beginning with Won/Lost and Open Opps), and i'm having issues pulling the correct totals for some Sales reps, i suspect that this may be because the figures are being inflated by quote totals being included in the Opp projected total, possibly because i'm using Quote/Opportunity status within formulas, as i can't use straight Opportunity status, this is mirrored in the fact that we use the Quote option on Netsuite only sparingly and it's their figures that appear to be inflated.
