Urgent Reminder: Action Required: WMS Limited Access Role

edited Jun 25, 2024 4:13PM in Announcements

This is an urgent reminder of the August 2, 2024 deadline to take action due to WMS Limited Access Role. You must switch users who were temporarily assigned Full access roles to the WMS Limited Access role. NetSuite WMS Limited Access User Cloud Service licenses will no longer support the temporary use of Full access roles.

When Will the Changes Occur?

The deadline to switch temporary Full access role users to a WMS Limited Access role is August 2, 2024.

Beginning August 2, 2024, any users that you do not switch to a WMS Limited Access role will count toward Full access usage. If you do not make this change, you may end up with more Full access users than your account is licensed for. Users with other roles based on a Full access role will also count toward Full access usage. If you reach your Full access user limit, you will not be able to add or edit any Full access users until you switch the temporary users to the WMS Limited Access role and remove Full access roles from these users.
