Transaction Line Distribution - ICJE not being created depending on role

Hi Team,

I am working on a Transaction Line Distribution. The issue is when I am using the AP Clerk, the Intercompany Journal Entries are not getting created. However, when I am using the admin role, the ICJEs are getting created. I was thinking maybe its a permissions issue but upon checking I have all the permissions needed. Has anyone had this issue?
