How to Prevent Item Transactions with wrong dates and avoid wrong revaluation
Hi
My customer has multiple processes including purchasing of inventory and transferring the inventory to different warehouses.
The users are not discipline in the data entry specially transaction dates, for example the purchase order receipt date is 1st of May while the transfer is done on May 2nd but the user selected date April 29. this leads to wrong stock revaluation although the on May 2nd the quantity exists in the warehouse to deliver.
How we can limit the users to enter wrong transactions dates specially related to the inventory.
The idea is if the date of the transaction is older than a date where the inventory exists, then the system should not show available quantity.
