Create Record- Phone Calls in Workflow Action
Hi There
i have a scheduled workflow that is supposed to create phone call record.
This workflow is supposed to process estimate transactions records and have a 'create record' action.
I am getting the following error:
I have tried two variations on this action:
- Setting a value in the text field:
2 Referencing a value from another field
As seen in the error message, neither of these work. I was expecting 1.) to work as this is a free text value (while I am guessing the document number might be a record might be a record link?)
The only way I can resolve this error is if I have the value field pointing to 'Memo' and have text in there.
