NSPBCS Mac SmartView

Mac SmartView users after an initial pivot-like action is executed, all subsequent SmartView actions are held up for exactly 5 minutes according to the SmartView and network logs. 

I have reproduced this on every Mac i have access to, company and non-company
owned, so i don't think its VPN or client related. 

using add-in version 24.06

is this a known issue? anyone else experiencing this? thanks!
