New to NetSuite | Creating New Users and Assigning Roles in NSPB using OCI

To create new NSPB users, the administrator should utilize Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Identity and Access Management (IAM). If My Services (Classic) is still accessible, the administrator should manage the users in OCI to ensure that changes are reflected.

To Access OCI from My Services (Classic):

  1. Go to cloud.oracle.com
  2. Enter the Cloud Account Name.
    Note: Refer to New to NetSuite | NSPB: Activate your Order for creation of Cloud Account.
  3. Enter your Login Credential and click Sign In.
  4. Once logged in, you will be accessing My Services, which is the Classic interface. Click the Navigation Drawer.
  5. Navigate to Users
