NSPOS 2024.1 – Verify Customizations Prior To Upgrade

This notice is intended for customers who use NetSuite Point of Sale (NSPOS) with customizations that should be tested prior to your upgrade.

What Has Changed

The NSPOS 2024.1 release includes changes that might impact the NSPOS customizations that you have in place. The changes will be applied automatically with your 2024.1 upgrade.

Suggested Actions

If you haven’t opted in to perform user acceptance testing (UAT) prior to your upgrade, you should do so. Our June 5th email titled NSPOS 2024.1 – Pre-release UAT Starts in July provides instructions on how to sign up and prepare for testing. In summary, you should:

  • Open a case with NetSuite Customer Support. Support will work with you to set up a UAT Sandbox dedicated to NSPOS 2024.1 testing.
