Reminder: Verify Compatibility with Server-Side Actions in NetSuite CPQ Configurator SuiteApp

edited Jul 19, 2024 3:59PM in Announcements

This reminder notification applies to customers who have the following:

  • the NetSuite CPQ Configurator bundle is installed in your account.
  • the July 25, 2024 deadline is approaching.

You must complete the compatibility checks for server-side actions before July 25, 2024.

Starting from July 31, 2024, products incompatible with server-side actions will no longer work when launched from SuiteCommerce or third-party webstores.

With NetSuite CPQ Configurator, you can create custom scripts on “action” records to automate repetitive tasks or perform advanced tasks. The scripts on the action record run on the client (in the web browser). Within a script, you can use functions from the NetSuite CPQ library that enable you to provide advanced or custom interactions, as well as to read or modify data on the server.
