OpenAir SAML SSO Certificate Renewal
The certificates used for SAML-based Single Sign On (SSO) in OpenAir Production and Sandbox will expire in the upcoming weeks. New certificates will be made available on August 14, 2024 for Sandbox and Production in advance of the expiration. The expiring certificates will be replaced on August 20, 2024 at 5 AM ET for Sandbox, and August 27, 2024 at 5 AM ET for Production. ** Customers are strongly advised to consult with their internal technical team as to potential impacts **
IMPORTANT: Please note that the newly updated certificate for OpenAir SAML-based Single Sign on (SSO) is different from the SSL certificate. In order to retrieve the SAML certificate correctly, do NOT download the SSL certificate from the browser header, but instead please follow these instructions:
