Unable to edit Entity on Intercompany Journal Entry

I saved an intercompany journal entry and attempted to edit the entity name at the line level. However, I'm encountering an issue where I can't change the entity name. This problem persists in both the Sandbox environment and production. Can you help me understand what might be causing this issue?
