Time punch error Overlapping leave detected
suitepeople workforce management Time punch issue
- employee leave approved in ns > entry auto filled on time sheet.
- employee cancels leave but it does not remove on the WFM time sheet
- employee clocks in on this day
- employee did not punch out so it auto-clocks her out at 24 hour mark
- manager tries to fix the time punch and receives error message - Overlapping leave detected
- manager thumbs down the timepunch
- manager tries to enter actual time worked and receives the same error message.
Question:
- How to fix the 24 hour clock out? Can it be deleted?
- How to set up WFM to remove the canceled leave request from showing on the shift for employee. Note: leave requests are not done in WFM, they are done in Suitepeople.
