Upcoming Changes to External Suitelet URLs in 2024.2

This notice applies to customers with Suitelets that are available without login and accessed through a hard-coded external URL. This notification is to inform you that, as of May 9, 2024, the format for external Suitelet URLs has been updated, and this updated format will be the only supported format once upgraded to NetSuite 2024.2.

An external Suitelet is a Suitelet that has the Available Without Login box checked on its script deployment record. After the deployment record has been saved with this option enabled, the External URL appears on the page.
