There are different issues that could cause an integration job in NSPB to run into errors which would entail different troubleshooting steps. To handle these issues, the user must first diagnose the cause of the error by parsing the logs from Data Management. To download the logs, you may refer to SuiteAnswers 1014125: Check NSPB Integration Job Status and Download Error Logs
Once the log is downloaded, start finding the error by following these steps:
- Open the .txt log file in Notepad (Windows) or TextEdit (Mac)
- Press Ctrl+F or ⌘+F to enable Find feature
- Enter the word “error” in the search bar. In many cases, it is better to start searching from all the way down to the top of the file
Note: The location of the error depends on which step in the integration process the job failed - You may come across multiple generic error messages when doing the search which may not be helpful in troubleshooting. Here are some examples of generic error messages:

ERROR [AIF]: The data load process has failed - Continue searching up or down until you find the line that contains the most descriptive error message. Below are examples of error messages that are helpful in troubleshooting:

ERROR [AIF]: FAILED_TO_SUBMIT_JOB_REQUEST_1 : Failed to submit job request: Access denied.
ERROR [AIF]: 1016 : Scheduled Script task execution failed for request ID 27001. Possible reason: Script execution usage limit exceeded
ERROR [AIF]: SPLIT_FILE_ERR : Planning & Budgeting file encryption password missing or invalid
