Tiered Tax Rates
Hello Guru,
I am reaching out for assistance with two specific aspects of Suite Tax for which we have been unable to find sufficient documentation. We are in the process of customizing and testing Suite Tax in our Sandbox environment, and these issues are becoming roadblocks for us to complete testing and activate Suite Tax in Production.
1. Tiered Tax Rates:
We need to understand more about the Tiered Tax Rates functionality and how it works. We have followed the steps outlined in this article (
), but we are unable to replicate the process. Specifically, the 'Tiered Rate' checkbox is not appearing when we attempt to create a new tax code.
