Action required for Mexico Localization
This notice applies to customers who use the Mexico Bill of Lading (Complemento Carta Porte), Mexico Foreign Trade, and Mexico Localization SuiteApps.
What is changing?
The Mexico Localization SuiteApp version 2.17, targeted for release on August 6, 2024, will include updated XML and PDF templates to support Bill of Lading version 3.1 and Foreign Trade version 2.0.
Required actions
From August 6, 2024, update MySuite or Solución Factible outbound XML templates to their latest version:
- Go to Setup > Mexico Localization > Mexico Localization Components.
- Select the corresponding templates.
- Click Reinstall.
- After the reinstallation make sure the XML templates are on Bill of Lading v3.1 and Foreign Trade v2.0.
