Custom Field to show Vendor Contacts - Pull First/Last Name and email only

I created a Custom field to filter on Vendor Contacts on a PO.

  • I get the contacts associated with the vendor
  • The list returns the Vendor Name: Contact Name
    • I want to ONLY return the Contact Name and email address

Any suggestions on how I can only get the First and Last Name without the vendor name?
