Saved Search Main Line Name List issue

I have created a transactional saved search with customer name within the results. When adding a filter to the saved search to filter by name I have used the "Name" field. This "Name" field appears to be missing several customer records so you cannot filter to a particular record.

I tried by adding "Main Line Name" which does then include the missing customer name but this list does not go A-Z and I cannot search a customer record beginning with Z.

Is anyone able to help with this please?
