Purchasing order items shows items when SO is on hold
We have customers that schedule items 1 year out. We enter as separate SO so we can put a ship date and the pick doesn't print out until then. We don't want to order the parts yet and tie up funds and space and allocate to these orders now so we put many SO's on hold. The items are still showing to order on the purchasing order items screen. How can we make it where we don't accidentally order them early? I looked to see if I can add a filter for the order hold code but no luck.
