Permanent Alteration to Balance Sheet Settings?

Hi @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle - Hoping you can take a look at this one … We worked together on this post :

And I now have a strange situation occurring. I followed the recommended steps for the option to suppress manually entered CTA and Retained Earnings transactions from reports, but now it seems this process is affecting all versions of our Balance Sheet for me, not just the custom Balance Sheet I created with the manual entries suppressed.

I have double-checked and we have Standard Balance Sheet Layout (US) as an available layout as well as Custom Balance Sheet Layout (US) 2, 3, 4 and 5. No matter what layout I select, the alterations to remove the manual CTA and RE balances remain intact for me.
