how to create inventory Net Realizable Value (LCNRV) report

I want to create a Net Realizable Value (LCNRV) report in NetSuite, which needs to include the following details from the period ending 3/31: last sales date, last sales price, last purchase date, and last purchase price for each inventory item. Can someone provide suggestions on how to do this?
