Reminder: Required Change to SCM Mobile App Login URLs
This notice applies to customers who use one or more of the following mobile apps supported by SCM Mobile:
- NetSuite WMS
- NetSuite Ship Central
- NetSuite Manufacturing Mobile
- NetSuite Smart Count
When Will the Changes Occur?
Your scheduled upgrade to NetSuite 2024.2 will include the end of support for the previous login URLs used to access SCM Mobile apps.
What is Changing?
Due to an update to the parameters used across NetSuite URLs, the previous login URLs for SCM Mobile apps will no longer be supported as of NetSuite 2024.2. New login URLs will have the &ns-at parameter displayed after the compid string, as shown in the following example:
