Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

REMINDER:Upgrade OpenAir NetSuite Connector to Remove Dependency on NetSuite Outbound Single Sign-on
This notice applies to accounts that continue to use the NetSuite Outbound Single Sign-on (SuiteSignOn) feature to integrate with OpenAir. As previously communicated via email and release notes, NetSuite plans to end support for the SuiteSignOn feature in the NetSuite 2025.1 release.
Immediate action on your part is required to remove any SuiteSignOn integration dependencies before its end-of-support date. SuiteSignOn is used for both single sign-on and real-time integration. After the end-of support date, integrations using the SuiteSignOn feature can break at any time. Please share this notification with your IT/technical staff to ensure their awareness of these important changes.
Regards,
@Robert Nedelkow-Oracle | NetSuite Support Community Administrator
