help with Custom workflow

Hi,

I was trying to create a custom workflow. depending on Item type transaction line field. if any transaction line item type is Special then Quote type-Selection will be Special. when I am trying to find Item type transaction line field on workflow, its not showing up. I am not sure what I am missing. can you please help? thank you
