Inline Editing allows users to make quick updates to records directly from list views or saved searches without having to open each record individually. By enabling inline editing on custom fields and lists, you can streamline data entry and save time for users who need to manage multiple records efficiently.
How Inline Editing Works in NetSuite:
Inline editing lets users click on a field (e.g., 'Phone Number,' 'Status') in a list or search result and edit it directly, without opening the full record. This reduces the number of clicks and page loads, making updates faster.
