Struggling with a saved search to show quarterly sales

I need a saved search to show sales by rolling quarters. That is sales this quarter, last quarter, quarter before last and quarter before that.

Q4,2023 Q1, 2024 Q2, 2024 Q3, 2024

I am struggling with setting the correct quarter and year dynamically so that it updates as the year progresses.
