How To View Customer name When Using Customer IDS
Hi there,
We are using our own internal customer IDs and have entered these in the customer ID field. What this means is that any of the dropdowns where the customer name would be shown displays the ID instead, but we would like the ID and Name to be displayed as the ID does not mean much by itself. How can we display both? Note: this is also the same with employees and vendors as we are also using our own IDs.
I've uploaded two screenshots to demonstrate what I mean; the Customer List dropdown on the Accept Payment screen and the Customer form.
