Required Action: Review Search and Navigation Changes for the Benefits Tracking SuiteApp

This notice applies to customers with the Benefits Tracking SuiteApp installed in your account.

When you installed the Benefits Tracking SuiteApp, your user account was granted access to saved searches, which the SuiteApp uses to retrieve and show relevant information on Benefits Tracking reports.

What is Changing?

Starting September 24, 2024, Oracle NetSuite will update the Benefits Tracking SuiteApp to version 1.0.5, which will update the audiences for the following Benefits Tracking saved searches:

  • Benefit Tracking – Employee Benefit Costs
  • Benefit Tracking – Employee Benefit Coverages
  • Benefit Tracking – Employees without Benefits

This update will result in the following changes:

  • Navigation Change and Removal of Benefits Center Link
