Custom Transaction Type

Dear Gurus,

Please help me I create the custom transaction type using custom role. Administrator role can be fine but custom role can't select the bin below issue has been occurred.

Permission Violation: You need the 'Custom Transaction Types' permission to access this page. Please contact your account administrator.

Which permission require to access to select the inventory detail bin.
