New To NetSuite | Workflow: Return User Error
In NetSuite, the "Return User Error" feature in workflows helps handle problems by showing users specific error messages when something goes wrong. This lets users know what needs fixing before they can continue. By setting this up, administrators can improve process accuracy and ensure users get clear feedback to resolve issues quickly, helping to keep data accurate and operations smooth.
In this scenario, return user error will prompt if the Supervisor approval checkbox is not checked on the purchase order.
Create the workflow
- Navigate to Customization > Workflow > Workflows > New
