OSS Report Download link missing

Hello,

We are using OSS feature in our account without SuiteTax. We will generate the union OSS VAT Return report provided by the tax reporting framework bundle.

I have successfully completed the required configuration to generate the report, but I don't have the download link of the generated report - only the view link.

Should it not be possible to download the report as xls?
