Cannot do inventory correction of item, says no lot number
I have a couple of items that are showing phantom inventory. These items are discontinued and will not be used going forward.
When I try to do an inventory correction to remove the quantities before setting the item to inactive, I get the error message that it cannot be done because the item has no lot number.
How can I remove the inventory from this item so I can set it to inactive with showing 0 inventory?
